Caviar is a delicate food item, we always pack the products in insulated boxes with ice pack to insure proper temperature during transportation.

• Delivery in Ontario 48 hours after receipt of the order ( business days only)
• Delivery to Quebec 48- 72 hours after receipt of the order ( business days only)
• Delivery to other provinces ships only Monday and Tuesday for delivery within 72 hours
• If your address is outside FedEx's standard delivery area and a premium delivery is applied by Fedex, we may charge a delivery surcharge. We will contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed with the extra charges or cancel your order

All orders are shipped with no signature required. The courier may leave the package at the door or in a safe place at the delivery address.

Delivery Cost:

Free shipping for orders over $350 in Ontario and Quebec, with a $30 shipping fee for orders under $350.

In other provinces, enjoy free shipping for orders surpassing $399, while a $65 shipping fee applies to orders under $399.

Unfortunately no deliveries to PO box.

FedEx doesn’t deliver to all postal codes in Canada, if that’s the case we will contact you and refund the payment
